The Good Life with equipment, loads of..

Situated a short walk away from shops, cafes and fast access to Poitiers and Limoges, this is a bit of a find - there is so much, here, that I will most certainly miss something!. The property is a working smallholding, currently, the farmer is actually a lecturer at the local agricultural college and due to an injury, he can't continue to do the work on the property, which has been designed to work as if it is still 1850 - pretty darn cool!.

At the top of the farmyard there are two houses, currently - more can be converted back into living accommodation at a later date if required. The first abode has a fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a shower room, all on the ground floor. Upstairs, but accessed from the workshops alongside it, there are four big, cleanish attic spaces - easy conversion.

The 2nd house has a fitted kitchen, lobby, shower room and a big sitting room / diner with terracotta floor and big woodburner, on the ground floor. Upstairs there are currently 2 big bedrooms with gorgeous parquet, a good shower room and a big attic space about to be transformed into a bedroom. Each house has its own septic tank.

Around the farmyard you have, a party room, stables, hay barn, garaging for the Amish farming equipment, more stabling, a forge, a bread oven, a barn ready to convert to more accommodation, pigsty, rabbit pens and more workshops.

Around the outside of the farmyard, we have a duck pond, a big chicken run, a kitchen garden and a large vegetable patch, plus 7 hectares of pasture (or whatever you want!).

A perfect position for a smallholding, the perfect size - and the equipment can be bought with it if you fancy a bit of the Good Life - fab!
