As for the house it is best described as derelict. It will need complete reform but it is in good enough condition to avoid any planning problems. Currently a simple 2 bedroom cottage but in a million dollar location, this could be the ultimate "Grand Design"

Finally, just to prove that there are no catches I can confirm that access is good and easy, electricity is available as is the local water supply.
