location

House

The current owners have cleverly converted the original attached barn to create an open and airy living space.

At the front of the property is a pretty courtyard area, providing ample parking space plus a covered eating terrace directly in front of the large kitchen living room.

There is a small garden (with chicken run) to the left of the house (large enough to install pool if required), plus an attached garage (24 sq m) workshop ideal for storage etc.

The very spacious double height kitchen living room (48 sq m) has a range of fitted kitchen units, tiled floor, wood burner plus an additional mezzanine area above for perhaps an office or further occasional bedroom space.

A short corridor leads through to a ground floor bathroom (5 sq m) with bath, sink and WC - utility store room and then through to the dining room (25 sq m - currently used as games room) and ground floor bedroom (12 sq m).

In the original part of the house beyond, there is a second kitchen (15 sq m) plus an additional bathroom (6 sq m) which requires updating. It would be possible to divide this area from the rest of the property and with the two bedrooms above provide potential for rentable accommodation.

On the first floor there are two further bedrooms (15 and 13 sq m).

The village has a small restaurant and is located just 4km from Matha with all its amenities (supermarkets, shops, cinema etc.)
