Huai Yai plots are in demand and have appreciated the most of all rural areas around Pattaya. This more than 50.000 square metre sized land plot is still attractively priced and due to its shape and location a good investment to the near future.

The nicely octagonal shaped land stretches along a downward slope. From bottom to top, there is roughly 15 meters difference in elevation. So you can glimpse Jomtiens skyscrapers and the blue seas in far distance.

Currently, there is an unpaved govt. road leading along roughly 25% of the land border. The plot is accessible from two ways. 500 meters from one side, 1,1 km from the other are the distances to the next paved roads but it`s only a matter of time till the access road to the land will be paved as well as it is an official government road.

The next inhabited house with electricity is about 250 meters away. And the best is: the land is less than one kilometer away from the definitely projected new highway with an exit nearby (plans and information are available). There are already 3 bore holes on the site providing fresh water.
