Town House - A unique opportunity to..

A unique opportunity to buy a Town House only a stone’s throw from the Beach and within walking distance to the centre of La Cala de Mijas. This way you have the advantage of peace and tranquillity as you are not in the centre of the Town, yet, everything is on your doorstep. Los Azahares is a beautiful small complex with an extremely well kept communal garden and two swimming pools, adults and childrens. Each house has its own private entrance to the garden from its back garden/patio. As you can see the Patio is large with plenty of space to BBQ in all year round and to be able to eat “Al Fresco” during the day in the winter and on all the balmy evenings in the summer. Walk out the front door and have a nice stroll along the sandy beach not to mention a dip in the Mediterranean followed by a swim in the pool. Or be lured by the smell of “Espetos” fresh Sardines being smoked over olive wood, or Sea Bass also cooked in the same way, washed down with a nice ice cold Beer or Sangria which is served in one of the many Chiringuitos Spanish Beach Bars which you will find along the sea front. Just imagine leaving the stress of your job in Madrid or Dublin not to mention the rain and within a few hours you can arrive in la Cala , unpack your suitcase and walk over , throw off the Havaianas and bury your feet in the warm sun and have a feast served up while watching the moon light dance on the Med and you won’t even break the bank. This Town House has 4 bedrooms spread over 3 floors, 3 bathrooms, fitted kitchen and comes fully furnished. Now a new feature, you can just walk down to the seafront from this house and incorporate into the new Boardwalk which will bring you down to Riviera del Sol and shortly will be linked so you can walk down to Cabopino..
