Description

This was once a beautiful house and it still enjoys good views over open county. It has been rented for some time so has lost it's luster but this spacious, modernised 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home just needs some elbow grease and paint to return to former glories.

From the road the house occupies an elevated position, backing onto the hill, there is no rear garden. The front of the house has a small enclosed patio from where the front door leads to the lounge, it is a good size but we were unable to photograph the full size due to the family eating their meal! The room has a open fire, and doors to the kitchen and stairs.

The kitchen is ok, but needs some TLC, the downstairs bathroom / Laundry leaves something to be desired, but needs work.

The stairs lead to the upper floor, apart from some cosmetic work this area is in good condition, it contains 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom.

The main bedroom has air conditioning.

Size - the house is approximately 120 sqm
