The larger village of Bussiere-Poitevine is only 10 minutes drive away and has a bar, tabac, boulangerie, patisserie, newsagents, butchers, 2 general stores, chemist, post office and various other shops for everyday living; the larger town of Bellac is 18 minutes drive and has all of the above plus supermarkets, so you are never far away from all the amenities you need.

Poitiers airport and train station are about one hour away, Limoges airport is a 50 minute drive.

The current owners bought the property a few years ago but no longer have horses, so wish to downsize.
