Very Pretty Cottage in A Peaceful..

This really is a very pretty little cottage, I quite fell in love with its warmth & charm. It is set in a small predominantly French hamlet and for anyone wanting a quaint holiday retreat without breaking the bank, this is the one!

The town of Montmorillon with all the shopping, bars, restaurants and amenities you will need is only 10 minutes drive, the smaller village of Saulge where you will find daily supplies including bread and cakes from a local boulangerie is 3 minutes drive or a short bike ride.

Poitiers and Limoges airports and train stations are both about one hour away.

The property itself rests within the centre of the hamlet, and is set well back from the country lane; it has a gravelled garden and parking space to its front.

The house benefits from mains electricity, water and drainage, everything is in good condition and the owners are happy to leave it fully furnished. Satellite broadband is available It has a new insert wood burning fire, which is more than sufficient for heating the whole of this quaint pied a terre!
