Newling Gardens Retirement Village is nestled halfway between Sydney and Brisbane in the historic, northern New South Wales city of Armidale.

The beautifully landscaped village has distant mountain views of the area’s prized national parks and is close to gorges, waterfalls, wineries and freeways to the coast.

Newling Gardens is also just a stone’s throw from the centre of Armidale where shops, gourmet eateries, hospitals, medical services, an art gallery, golf, services and bowling clubs can all be found. Residents can catch the local bus, which conveniently stops 100 metres from the village, or walk the one kilometre through picturesque neighbouring streets.

The relaxed community at Newling Gardens is welcoming of pets and residents have many opportunities to take part in social events including regular yoga sessions, film days, mah-jong and a Friday ‘social hour’ and BBQ.

Delightful communal areas, including a light and open community centre, heated spa-pool/gym and a library, all provide further space for casual interaction.

Each home is fitted with a 24 hour emergency call button for added peace of mind.
