A perfect holiday home, would rent really well and also great for permanent living. The local village is just a short drive where there is everything - bars, shops, banks, medical centre etc...and Granada city just 25 mins drive with the skiing about 40 mins and the beaches of the Costa Tropical just an hour. So more or less perfect.
