Villa with breathtaking sea view..

Stunning luxury villa in Benajarafe (Velez Malaga) located in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature and a privileged climate just 10 minutes from the beach and only 5 min. the A7 motorway.
Thanks to its location and height, has fantastic views across Velez Malaga coast, the sea and the mountains from anywhere in the house.

The villa has 215m2 on 2 floors:
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped country kitchen, large living room with warm natural wood fireplace, two large bedrooms, bathroom with shower, Andalusian patio, laundry room, spacious storage room with bathroom (accessible from the pool) and a large porch covered that occupies the entire front of the house.

The top floor is completely clear and includes bathroom with shower and a terrace balcony.

There is also a detached garage for 2 large vehicles and clear superior room ideal for guest room or movie theater, which also has its own terrace.

In the garden there is a generous barbecue, round marble table to enjoy barbecues and ample natural grass surrounding the pool. The latter, of 32m2, is more natural saltwater and noted for savings in chemicals, avoiding the unpleasant chlorine smell and irritation of skin or eyes or hair damage.

The property, with an extension of 10.000m2, is completely fenced with a variety of fruit trees in production, including more than 300 mangos, oranges, avocados, vineyards, etc.
