Ground floor

The front door opens directly into the sitting room (20 sq m) with exposed beams and fireplace. To the left an opening leads through to the dining room (10 sq m) with exposed beam ceiling. From here a wide opening leads through to the kitchen (11 sq m) with exposed beam ceiling.

To the rear of the dining room a short passage leads to the shower room (shower, wash-basin and WC).

First floor

A wooden staircase rises from the rear of the sitting room to the first floor landing, off which are three bedrooms (11 sq m each) with wooden floorboards.

Exterior

To the front of the house the garden is part-gravel and part lawn with trees and shrubs. To the side of the house is an outbuilding with a room which was once habitable but which would require some work to bring it back. A passage leads through this outbuilding to a small courtyard, off which are a number of small outbuildings in various states of repair.

The house does require some updating and decorative work, but could make a charming holiday or permanent home.
