Ground floor
The front door opens to the entrance hall (16m2) with tiled floor. To the left of the hall a door opens to the kitchen (15m2) with tiled floor, exposed beam ceiling and a range of fitted kitchen units.
The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a bar-style wall. The dining area (15m2) has a tiled floor and an exposed beam ceiling.
A wide archway leads from the dining area to the sitting room (23m2) with tiled floor, exposed beam ceiling, a fireplace and a glazed door to the garden.
A door from the sitting room opens to a corridor of which are a bathroom (bath, wash-basin and WC) as well as a separate WC. The corridor then opens back into the entrance hall.
First floor
A staircase rises from the entrance hall to a large room (82m2) with windows overlooking the square (this room is above the bar). There is plenty of space to create several additional bedrooms - it could also be used to create an additional reception room for the bar.
From this room a corridor provides access to two bedrooms (15m2 and 11m2).
Bar
From the square, a pair of glazed doors opens directly into the bar (61m2) with wooden floor and exposed beam ceiling. To the back of the room there is a WC. The bar itself is still in place.
Outbuildings
There is a garage (45m2) as well as a barn (74m2).
Exterior
The house sits on a plot of 1836m2. The garden lies to the back of the house and is mainly laid to lawn with a number of trees and flower borders and has a pretty view over the countryside.
