Tucked away down small lane, this charming two-bedroom village house has a one-bedroom guest annexe, a large outbuilding and a garden that runs down to a stream.

House

Ground floor

The front door opens to the entrance hall with attractive wooden herringbone flooring and an exposed beam ceiling. To the right of the hall a door opens to the sitting room (25m2) with the same wooden flooring, exposed beam ceiling and a fireplace.

To the left of the hall a door opens to the kitchen (15m2) with a tiled floor, a range of fitted kitchen units and exposed beam ceiling. To the rear of the kitchen is a store room (about 7m2) with a number of kitchen units.

From the kitchen a door opens to a conservatory (10m2) with tiled floor. Off the conservatory is the laundry room which in turn leads to the shower room (shower, wash-basin and WC).

First floor

A wooden staircase rises from the entrance hall to the first floor landing, off which are two bedrooms (20m2 and 17m2) - one of which has an ensuite shower area with wash-basin and WC.

Guest annexe

Outbuilding

Exterior
