This large, partly renovated village house has a garden with river frontage, is within walking distance of a restaurant and is just a short drive from the pretty towns of Jarnac and Chateauneuf-sur-Charente

House

Ground floor

The front door opens into a room (28.5m2) to finish renovating with stone fireplace and terracotta-tiled floor - this would be perfect as the sitting room.

From this room a door leads into the kitchen/living room (32m2) entirely renovated with modern fitted kitchen units, tiled floor and a staircase to the first floor.

An opening of the kitchen area leads to a back kitchen (9m2 - requiring renovation) off which is an old shower room (with WC).

First floor
