Villa Desiderio find itself in a location worthy of fairy tales on top of a hill surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and the most luxuriant landscape of the Arezzo countryside.

The doors are all ancient, painted and extremely valuable, while the floors are made of handmade terracotta tiles or wooden planks.
The most recent building is used as a farmhouse and consists of 6 apartments.
Here there is the large panoramic terrace that offers an unspoiled and breath taking view of the valley.
The vineyards belonging to the villa extend for about 3 hectares and the olive grove can count about 750 olive trees.
Next to the house and in the middle of the olive grove is the swimming pool, with Roman steps and an elegant wooden board.
Arezzo is not within sight on the horizon, but yet it is only 3km away.
Other places not to miss and that are reachable within an hour: Cortona and Montepulciano, one renowned for its festivals and events, the other for its famous wines. A little over an hour away you'll find instead Siena and Florence.
