We are two girls leaving for our internship as of June 2016.
We are thus looking for two girls to replace us until February 2017.
Our third roommate (I can guarantee that she is the tidiest and nicest person on earth) will be staying with you in the apartment.
The flat: last floor of a 2-floor building with elevator
Rooms: 3 (2 to sublet), 1 with its bathroom, 1 with a big dressing
Bathrooms: 1 fully equipped, 1 with tub and sink, 1 with WC and sink
Living-room: spacious room with big couch, TV
Kitchen + dining room: fully equipped, dishwasher
Balcony: bbq, astonishing view on the forest
Laundry: every Tuesday and Sunday, common room for the building
Parking spot: availability to sublet a spot outside, in front of the building
