The main house has a large L shaped lounge with a fireplace. The lounge has a wood-burning close fireplace which has a recuperadour that sends warm air around the house to the other rooms on the ground floor.

There are three bedrooms and each has a fitted wardrobe. All the windows are single glazed and have external roller shutters.

The kitchen is compact with a range of upper and lower units, fitted cooker and extractor fan and there is a pantry that is plumbed for a washing machine.

Outside to the rear of the property are some large annexes.

The main annex contains a two bedroom apartment consisting of 4 rooms. There is a kitchen diner, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment is usable but may need some updating and decoration.

Foz do Arelho is one of the best villages on the silver coast, being close to the famous Obidos Lagoon offering tranquil sunbathing, watersports and fishing and surfing. Foz is full of restaurants and cafes and has supermarkets, a post office, bank and everything yo need.

Foz si unusual as is a year round town and does not 'shut down' in the winter.

The City of Caldas da Rainha and town of Obidos are just a 10 minute drive away and Lisbon is only one hour away.
