This 2002 Catalina 380 MKII is a one-owner classic cruiser and racer.  True sailors can appreciate the large sail area and deck layout of the well equipped boat. And the crew will appreciate the comfortably designed cabins and salon with large seating areas, well equipped galley, lots of storage throughout.  The queen sized center berth in the aft cabin with all kinds of storage lockers and closets surrounding makes life easy.  The access to the engine from both the under-step cover and from the aft cabin makes maintenance easier.
Although currently no air conditioning, this boat can easily receive a retrofit installation to add it.  The electronics have been updated (see Electronics) and the boat has a 2Kw radar.
