Villa Marina is a modern and very elegant villa located on the slopes of the Apuan Alps and only a few km from the coast, in the heart of the Tuscan region of Versilia.
It develops on two floors plus the basement and the total surface of the villa amounts to about 450 m2.

On the ground floor there are the wide salon with dining room, a study, the storage room, guest bathroom and the very well equipped kitchen, fitted out with all the best appliances.
