Opis

On the edgeof the Gers and the Hautes Pyrenees, besides a small stream you will find thissmall castle.I assumethat it has been built round 1880. Some years ago the roof has been done withnew slate. Imagine that you would live in this dreamhouse. All roomsare spacious with high ceilings, all decorated with plasterwork in goodcondition. It Small castlethat will fulfil your dreams.feels likeyou enter in to the 18th century but with modern comfort.  The gardenis beautiful with its mature trees and roses all over. Everywhere are nicespots to sit drinking your coffee or a glass of wine. There is a vegetablegarden and the old “avenue” covered with roses where the ladies used to walkwith their parasols to keep their skin white. That“avenue” needs to be renovated partly. On the landis a huge barn and attached a gite with two bedrooms. For watering your gardenthere are two water pumps.  So: youwill immediately fall in love with this castle! I'll see you soon!
