7 Bedrooms - House - Phuket - for Sale

Nestled in 2.5 hectares of lush tropical forest, this unique villa is an oasis of calm and beauty, inspired by one of the oldest cities in China. The airy and spacious villa blends seamlessly with the lush tropical surroundings, incorporating fung shui principles in both the inside and outside living space.

The loft-style architecture features expansive wooden decks and a black and red colour scheme throughout, reminiscent of Chinese lacquerware. The harmony and light is accentuated by glass walls, a large 26 x 6 metre infinity pool with life size terracotta warriors standing guard and the tropical garden which includes a large number of indigenous fruit trees. The minimalist construction allows the air to move freely from outdoor to in, while the landscape itself becomes part of the design. The walls are almost exclusively glass but privacy is maintained through the ingenious use of natural vegetation. The vast central kitchen and living space covers 280 sqm and opens up towards the pool and idyllic tropical rainforest view.

The property features seven large bedroom suites, each with its unique colour scheme, with natural materials enhancing the 'back to nature' ambience - from wooden floorboards to bamboo fibre sheets.

This unique property is also for sale with an adiitional 600 sqm of commercial showroom space, which might be easily converted to numerous alternative uses.
