Each guests room is decorated in a different style, very cosy and welcoming, with television/DVD/radio player, electric kettle and a choice of coffees and teas, ironing board, safe-deposit box, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, wifi (wifi is available in the entire house), plenty of storage.

In total this B&B can host up to 11 people.

Third floor: private apartment for owners with large hallway, 3 bedrooms, 1 living room with kitchenette and bathroom.

Completely reformed in 2009, opened in August 2009, tip top condition, solar panels for hot water, double glazed windows, air conditioning/heating in all rooms, fire alarm, security alarm, website (three languages), excellent reviews (Booking.com, Trip Advisor), no parking facilities yet (except in the street nearby), but there should be one very soon.

Situated in a very quiet pedestrian area in the old historic center but just off all amenities, perfect location for tourism, loads of sports (trekking, hang gliding, rock climbing, bicycling, caving, tennis, swimming, fishing, bird watching:).

Loja is situated on the banks of the Rio Genil at the foot of a magnificent Sierra and surrounded by olive groves, also has a hospital, kindergarten, primary and secondary schools, language schools, a municipal swimming pool, several supermarkets, major banks, post office, 2 football fields, and much more.

Very easy to reach as it is right off the A92 motorway to and from Seville, Malaga, Cordoba and Grenada, 35 min from Grenada Airport, and 45 min from Malaga Airport, train and bus stations. The high speed rail link will be opening soon as well.

Market: international tourism, backpackers, bikers, a few business trips, sports fanatics (the town organizes many different races)

Competition: none inside the town. A couple of rather characterless hotels on the main road into the town but nothing of equivalent style and class.

The bar is a popular meeting place for expats and locals alike and does a very steady business. There is tremendous scope to develop this side of the business.
