Arriving at the elevated land, you approach the main house consisting of three buildings that - on the ground-floor - are connected by open courtyards and - on the 2nd floor - connected by wooden passages. The whole property is built in old, solid hardwood reflecting the beauty and serenity of those ancient times in tropical South-East Asia.

The ground-floor mainly consists of large living and relaxation spaces. One closed in with folding wooden/glazed doors, the other al-fresco to enjoy cool breezes and providing lovely views across the property and the nature around. The third cluster is the lavishly spacious kitchen combining tradition with modern living such as cooking on an island, air conditioning and a food storage room right beside. The indoor dining-area is there as well.

The upper-floor consists of these three noble bedrooms that all have their own bathrooms, two of them with massive bathtubs and outdoor showers. One of the bedrooms is currently used as a home office with gorgeous views across the land.

The furniture and deco items have been carefully chosen to keep the authenticity and atmosphere of the property and are of true beauty. The cathedral ceilings, the water features, terracotta floor tiles, the massive wooden flooring and all these deco items provide this magic atmosphere that takes a new turn at night when the property is illuminated.

The private pool is a free form overflow-pool one with integrated rocks and wooden decking. There is a separate bungalow that can serve as guest- or maid-quarters.

This property needs love and care but for the connoisseur, it can well be his Garden of Eden.
