Bahia La Caleta 2 bedroom apartment for..

Two bedroom apartment for sale on the Bahia La Caleta complex for just 255,000€

At 255,000€ this is the best priced two bedroom apartment currently available on the complex. The next best priced 2 bed properties for sale on here are currently priced at 260,000€ and 270,000€ (we have both of these for sale and available to view as well.)

The apartment is in perfect condition and requires no work or money to be spent on it. There are two double sized bedrooms and one of them has an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom also has patio doors on to the terrace. The lounge is tastefully furnished and at the far end of the lounge you have a fully fitted kitchen. The interior of the apartment is finished to a very high standard and has a quality feel throughout. There are also double doors onto the terrace from the lounge and the terrace is very spacious at 26m2. Easily big enough for a large dining table, chairs, an outdoor sofa and plenty more.

From the terrace you have great views of the surrounding area, the mountains, up to Adeje and right down to the sea. The terrace is South East facing so gets plenty of sun. Elevators take you from the apartment down to the swimming pool area which is usually quiet and there is a large sun terrace here with lots of sun beds that are always available. Included in the price is a underground car park space, (these sell separately for around 10,000€) which is useful given the lack of parking spaces around here.

Just outside the complex there are several nice bars and restaurants and the cost is just a minutes walk. The complex of Bahia La Caleta is a private, residential and upmarket with a fairly constant demand from buyers. Prices have fallen somewhat in the last few years but not by nearly as much as they have elsewhere. The area of La Caleta is very much sought after by higher end buyers and they will pay a premium for properties here.
