Hidden away in the country side near Gibraltar/ Sotogrande the hotel sits on 28,000 m2 (7 acres) of carefully landscaped land in totally peaceful surroundings.

The hotel is built in the style and character of an 18th century monastery. The attractive two storey buildings compete with lush and well groomed gardens and colorful patios. The approximately 3,000 m2 (33,000 sq f) of floor space are divided into three main areas: the area for the guest accommodation, the pool area and the area for conventions and celebrations.

In the principal hotel area are a total of 21 tastefully and individually decorated guest rooms including 4 comfortable suites. A welcoming bar and a gourmet restaurant will spoil even the most discerning guests. There are also the offices and complementing store and other rooms.

The pool area surrounded by colorful mediterranean gardens boasts a partially covered sun terrace, a pool bar and restaurant and changing rooms with showers and rest rooms. Adjoining is a large car park for 150 cars. The third area is dedicated to the organization of conventions and celebrations. The wedding and meeting hall has a capacity of 250 persons. This area has its own kitchen and catering facilities, clients rest rooms and is complemented by a large patio surrounded on three sides by covered archways and which can seat up to 500 persons. There is also a second car park for another 120 cars. This area, too, is surrounded by beautiful gardens full with flowers and aromatic mediterranean plants.

The hotel is connected to mains electricity and water but also has a well providing the water for the irrigation of the gardens. All guest rooms are equipped with satellite-tv and ADSL internet as well as warm and cold air conditioning. It is also worthy to note that there is a permit for the construction of another 30 guest rooms, a spa and a chapel with a total of 1,900 m2 (21,000 sq f) of floor space.
The construction of horse stables and a small riding arena is also possible.
Gibraltar and the world famous resort of Sotogrande with its 4 championship golf courses, marinas and excellent shopping facilities are just around the corner and the international airports of Malaga and Jerez de la Frontera can be reached in less than an hour.
