Brand-new designer 2 bedroom pool home Huai Yai

Pattaya Southern Region

A beautiful house and tropical nature brings living at its best. Refinement, quality, a thought-after layout and the generosity of the living-space, the useable garden space plus the charming views are convincing. The spaces: Entrance room, generous ::

This is it. After having seen hundreds of houses, I - the director of the publishing company here - would purchase this very house. Well, what do I care, you might say. These are my reasons: Entering this modern house, one just feels good as this property invites to stay. The refinement, the quality, the clever layout and the generosity of the living-space, the high ceilings, the wide open white sliding-doors and the useable garden space plus the charming views are just convincing. While entering, you access an entrance room that keeps your washing-machine plus the stuff that doesn`t belong in the living-area. Now you step into a generous living-space that is large enough for plenty of space including a dining-area. This space can be wide opened by sliding-doors that offer this wonderful views across your garden, the 6 meter long pool (with Jacuzzi jets) and the panoramic tropical sight of a palm forest. The two bedrooms are modern, both offering a chic bathroom (one with a tub and two sinks). There is a guest-toilet as well. The kitchen is nice and well-equipped. Granite worktops, a cooking island with extraction hood plus ceramic cooktop, plus oven, soft-closing cabinets and more.

On the rational side: Double walls made of aerated concrete, fiber-optic cable for real high-speed Internet, TV-, Internet connection in all (major) rooms plus plenty of sockets, underground water tank and tap water filtration. If this kind of lifestyle suits you, you`ll like this house and the price is hard to beat as well.
