This is a roomy and pleasant 4 plus bedroom family home on two storeys. After entering, there is a spacious living-room and a bedroom that is currently used as an office.

The generous western kitchen with a cooking island also provides an oven, a gaz stove, extractor hood, high-end built-in coffee machine and more.

On the 2nd floor, there are the 3 bedrooms plus an airy staircase. The highlight is the large terrace overlooking the greenery and even providing sea views once in a while when the neighbouring trees are cut.

You get not less than 3 multi massage/steam/music shower cubicles for fancy refreshments in the bathrooms.

The house comes with lots of expensive furniture and equipment. There is a 50 inch flat screen-TV, imported Italian leather sofas, blinds et cetera.

In a separate building, there is a small guest- or maid bungalow.

TV and telephone connections - ADSL-Internet is in the house - are installed in all major rooms. There is plenty of storage space and a laundry area with the machine in the back of the house. There is a small lawn area, large enough for a few sunbeds plus nice and easy to maintain greenery (as all planted in pots). There are rain gutters all around the house.

The covered carport can bear two cars.
