Excellent Three Bedroom House Salir De Matos Caldas da Rainha

Three bedroom house located in a village a short drive from Caldas da Rainha here on the beautiful Silver Coast.

Entering onto the property through the drive way and the front garden which is a small but pretty. The property has its own wall around are two entrance to the house, the front door and through the back door, which leads you into the bright kitchen which has fully fitted kitchen cupboards of light oak wood. The work top is with granite. A gas stove and electric oven. The double stainless kitchen sinks with a double window above overlooking onto the back patio. The kitchen wall is all tiled. From the kitchen you have a door leading into the front hall way.

There you a cloak room to your right. There is also a laundry room which is compact but has room on the floor for some storage. This is room is actually under the stairs. Also the wooden oak staircase leads up to the first floor to the bedrooms

To the left you have double wooden doors which take you into the large lounge and dining area. The lounge is bright with natural lighting. With two double windows looking out onto the front garden. The other end of the lounge come diner you have double doors which open out onto the back patio.

The floor throughout the ground floor is tiled which is easy to keep clean.

The stairs are wide and the landing of the first floor is laminated throughout the bedrooms. The staircase has three windows giving plenty of natural light.

The master bedroom is spacious with its own bathroom with a shower and washbasin with a toilet. Double doors open with a small balcony overlooking onto the front garden. Fitted double wardrobe with sliding doors.

The second double bedroom looks onto the back patio. Fitted double wardrobes.

The third bedroom is a twin bedroom with views to the back.

Large family bathroom with a fitted bath tub. Washbasin with cupboard space underneath and toilet and bidet.

The outside patio which is undercover has a bbq and a wash basin.

Caldas da Rainha is a short drive away. Also find excellent bus and coach services.

Caldas da Rainha is a Spa Town. Which has a seven day open air fruit and vegetable market with colourful flowers on display. Also a beautiful park to walk through. There is so much to see and do here.Caldas da Rainha is famous for its ceramics. Where you go you will see beautiful pottery with great colours.

Short drive to some of the wonderful golden sandy beaches here on the Silver Coast. Not forgetting great Golf Courses.

Obidos and its walled castle full of history is a short drive away. Where you can see and feel the wonderful history all about you. The paved cobbled side streets and the coloured houses.
