This lovely apartment sits on a complex and is around eight years old,it is known as one of the premier complex's within Altinkum.

The Dolmus service is a great mode of transport to get around Turkey and is very cheap way to see what Turkey has to offer, they run regularly past the complex in either direction. This complex is situated between two of the major roads, leading to the Temple of Apollo, and the new mutli million pound marina, so making an Ideal location. Adding to this the site also has its own private shuttle bus to and from the seafront three times a day making this the complex a great holiday home base.

The beaches in altinkum have once again been awarded Blue Flags, and are shallow ideal for young children, and you will find deck chairs and parasols available for hire, at a reasonable price. There are also several beach clubs ideal for the teenagers in your party, serving drinks and food during the day, and there are lots of water sports activities from all of the main beaches.

If you want to visit historical sites, then why not just jump on the local dolmus at the end of the road and go the the Temple of Apollo only a few minutes away, here you have plenty to observe. There are also some lovely restaurants here, built in the same era, in old stone and still preserved today, the area here is full of character.

Shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the complex, there is plenty of options for all the family close by. The site has a lovely large swimming pool and surrounding sun bathing areas, small bar serving snacks and with some evening entertainment. There is a small children's area with pool table and games. The site has exceptionally well maintained gardens, and is well looked after.

The Duplex is exceptionally big, on entering there is a large hallway, and two good size bedrooms one double the other has bunk beds, in one has a lovely large balcony, with open views. There is a large family bathroom too with full size bath with overhead shower, on this entrance floor.

Once up to the top floor you will find a second bathroom, and a large open plan living room and kitchen area, this room is exceptionally large, the kitchen is fitted with a full size cooker, fridge freezer and microwave, and everything you need is there. The best part of this duplex is the roof terrace leading off from the lounge area, with fantastic open sea views, a great place to spend an evening, or in fact the whole day, And there is so much space.
