This wonderful guest house is located in the heart of Bad Gastein. A ski bus stops directly in front of the house. The thermal bath is approx. 950m far and the famous water fall is reachable within 10 walking minutes.

The bathrooms are located in the hallway. An elevator is also located in the building. A terrace offers many relaxing hours of sunshine and breakfast can be enjoyed in the lounge. The building has a ski storage room and a barbecue area.

The house was built between 1910 and 1920. In 1983 it was completely renovated and refurbished in 2010. The cellar and the ground floor are partly rented out. (yield 6,9%)
