The Marrakech Retreat is located right between Marrakech City and the Atlas Mountains - the highest peak in North Africa. In only 30 minutes, you can be in the center of Marrakech, in the Atlas Mountains, or at the airport.

The Retreat is in a rural setting, sourrounded by olive groves. A short 2 km drive on a dirt track gets you to Route de l'Ourika, the main highway between Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains.

The villa is located in Private Park, with 3 hectares of beautiful nature. There is a heated pool (6 x 15 m), a number of terraces and pavilions for relaxing (including 2 roof terraces), a jogging path and trails throughout the property, an animal area with sheep, goats, donkeys, peacocks, rabbits and ducks, a lake, a fruit orchard with all the fruit you can imagine, a lake as well as room for playing football, badminton, swinging in the trapeze, climbing on the monkey bars, or whatever you prefer.

The villa has a large salon and dining area (120 m2) with a wide bay window with a view of the garden, the pool and the Atlas mountains. The design is Danish minimalist, with a touch of Moroccan charm.

There is wifi everywhere as well as a printer for your use.

There are 6 large rooms. 4 in the villa as well as 2 in the bungalow.

The rooms can sleep up to 6 people each, or could be used for just 1 or 2 people if preferred. Each room has its own bathroom. The Master Bedroom Suite includes a Moroccan Hammam.
