The location of the hotel is unique and gives the visitor the opportunity to relax and enjoy the beautiful sea and the games it offers, such as sea skiing or other sea sports, that will never make one get bored.

All the rooms are spacious, quiet and have got balconies with panoramic views towards the sea.

Rooms Plus: equipped with high class furniture, 21'' TV, DVD Player, air condition, mini bar, safe box, hair-dryer, bathrobe and balconies with sea and swimming pool view.

Rooms Studios: equipped with fridge, kitchennette with all the neccessary kettels, television 14'', air condition, safe box, hair-dryer and balconies with sea or garden view.

Features of the hotel include: 12 parking spaces, a 70m² swimming pool, lobby, reception and open terrace above the pool with marvelous view, where you can have your coffee or drink and have a wonderful time.

The hotel has 4 different entrances and many potential for changes in terms of additional rooms to be added, such as fitness room, conference room etc., so that more facilities and services to be offered to its guests and higher income to be achieved.

The annual gross income reached 300.000 Euros the previous years and last operation was the season of 2011. The hotel is now closed and ready to be opened again to welcome the guests from all over the world.

The operational season was from April to October and cooperated with mainly allotment agreements and individual walk in customers.

In a close distance to the hotel one will find cafe snack-bar, picturesque tavernas and shops to rent motorbikes and bikes for the exploration of the island.


Location:

Poros is the island of peace, romance and jauntiness. It is overgrown with pine trees which reach the rugged shores or the sandy beaches. The residents of Poros are like all islands, spontaneous, decent and hospitable.

Its Historic Clock is imposing from the distance on the highest top of the hill, among prickly pears and pine trees. It was built in 1927, it is visible from every part and it is the jewel of the town. The houses by the sea are big and neoclassical. They are the building of Deimezi, built with grey and red stone, the shop of Griva, with the big doors and beautiful decoration.

From the most nice houses of Poros is Villa Galini, building of 1892, that has accommodated famous personalities of Art. At the center of town you can find the archaeological museum, that is opened daily except Monday. Also someone can visit the Metropolitan Church of Saint George and the Xatzopoulio Public Library.

Some sightseeings that you must visit are: The church of Virgin Mary, after Sinikismo. "Zoodochou Pigi" Monastery (18th century), built on a green hill, with sea view. It combines tranquility with simplicity. After the Monastery we reach the Temple of Posidon. Five kilometers to the north there are the remainings of the Russian Dockyard.

There in 1834 were built stock yards for the Russian Naval. Next to the Russian Dockyard there is the little island of Daskalio.

At the end you can visit the famous Lemon Forest. The 'Lemon Forest' is a big area full of lemon trees with lots of waters and waters mills. The forest leads to Plaka and Alikes with sandy beaches facing "Bourtzi". From the top, the view of "Lemon Forest" is panoramic. It is the most praised site of Poros in the Greek cinema films.
