Maison Victoire - Lauris, 84360, Lauris, Vaucluse

This part-stone bright and airy house is perched on a hill facing south with panoramic views over the generous swimming pool and to the valley beyond.

The accommodation, mainly on one floor, comprises: spacious drawing room with fireplace and corner study; sitting room; dining room; pretty fitted kitchen leading to a large downstairs wine cellar; master bedroom with lovely view, dressing room, good bathroom with bath and separate shower; two further double bedrooms both ensuite; guest wc.

There is a guest studio on the upper level accessed by an exterior staircase. It is perfect for visiting friends with its own bathroom, kitchenette and private terrace with fabulous views.

The exterior areas have been perfectly designed to take advantage of the sunshine at different times of the day. There is a pretty terrace on the north side of the house, bordered with stone walls and lavender, and on the south there are expansive terraced areas with corners for dining, sunbathing and sipping rose at the end of the day. The generous 12 metre pool luxuriously overlooks the incredible view. The impressive gardens are nicely landscaped and are planted with typical Provencal plants and trees including olives, pine, cypress, oleander and lavender.

With two double garages and only a short drive from the village, this really is the perfect holiday home: private, elegant, and with a lovely flowing interior.
