This stone house was completely and carefully restored in 2002. It has lovely views of the valley.

Traditional features such as the stone and brick facade, covered veranda with vines (approx 16 sqm) which is an outside extension of the living area in the summer months and the great views give this house a unique atmosphere.

Its strong points are surely its privileged position which is at the same time close to the village and its services.

The interior of the living area is spacious and light, the ceilings are sloping with beams, the floors the traditional cotto. Wooden windows typical of a country house.

The property includes about 2,700 sqm of land including about 150 sqm of garden. The rest of the land consists of fruit trees and 20 olive trees.

There is an annex made of tuff rock, used as a small tool shed.
