Located in the area of Roca Lisa, Santa Eulalia, it has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. This modern and very stylish villa is nestled in to the forestry hills above the little cove of Cala Olivera. It is the only villa on this side of the mountain and it enjoys fabulous views of the Mediterranean sea, the island of Formentera and the hills.
The property sits on 30.000 m2 of forested land and is accessed via a courtyard.
The ground floor consists of a very large open plan social area, which enjoys large glass windows - overlooking the swimming pool, the coast line and the island of Formentera.
This space has a very high ceiling and is decorated in a modern and tasteful way with neutral tones and beautiful furniture from all over the world, constantly updated with new inspirations from the owners many travels.

You can walk down to the beach of Cala Olivera (5 minutes) and the beach of Cala Llonga is a 5-minute drive. The beautiful beach-bar Amante is located only 5 minutes by car from the villa and you can also walk there (15 minutes). The villa is accessed via a private drive with gate-system and it is fully alarmed.
