Store Manager

We recruit a Store Manager.

Objective of the Job

* In accordance with Koton policies and strategies; execute the store operations in accordance with institutional standards, ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, increase sales, motivate and manage the personnel to minimize stock loss and general expenses.

Key Functions: 1. Charge of Koton Unit, Lingeria Unit, Party Wear Unit, Accessories Unit
2. Always prioritizes customer satisfaction. Carries out the required directions, follow-ups and controls to ensure quality service meeting the standards of Koton.
3. Carries out the required planning (personnel, product monitoring, visual merchandising etc.) to ensure that the store reaches its sales targets
4. Carries out the required organization to reach the targets in the fields of revenues, UPT, turnover, customer complaints, visual aspects, accessory rate etc which are defined as the key performance indicators of the store.
5. Ensures that the overall organization (indoor sales and warehouse sections) and physical condition (furnitures, ground, painting, illumination, equipment etc.) of the store are in accordance with the image of the company and carries out the required controls in relation thereof,
6. Ensures that the company procedures are observed and that the personnel acts carefully in cases where losses might occur to minimize stock loss (inside the store, in the warehouse section and during product transfers),
7. Controls the controllable expenses and personnel budgets, ensures their efficient use and carries out required controls and follow-ups to ensure that the spendings are made in accordance with designated aims and within the scope of the limits set out,
8. Ensures that all the duties and responsibilities in relation with counting organization and planning are duly carried out,
9. Provides support for satisfying the need of the store for additional personnel within the framework of the approved norm staff and approval of the Country Human Resources Manager.
10. Ensures that the newly recruited personnel obtains the required knowledge and skills during the orientation phase and monitors their development,
11. Spends adequate time and effort to train, educate and develop the staff,
12. Takes the required precautions within the store in relation with security of life and property in accordance with legal requirements and company instructions.

Job Experience : An experience of 5 years in retailing.
