Opis
Situated just off the market square, this is a superb 18c house with character oozing out! Over the front garden, we come into the kitchen - this has been parked in the corner - but this will be a big space to use, later. Through the very high double doors is a big sitting room of around 40m2 with superb parquet (plenty of that, around, here!) a big marble fireplace and French windows out to the rear garden. From the kitchen to the right, we have the original lobby with fantastic old tiles, a shower room and a corner with the boiler in it!
Up the most amazing old stairs we pass a landing to die for and find a very big bedroom (about 30m2) with board floor and big window. To the right, an apartment has been created - the tenant has left - but not quite cleared out all his stuff, yet :-/.
The apartment has a kitchen, shower room, big sitting room and a bedroom - re-integrating this will be fun - all the gorgeous features are still in place! At the top of the house we have a big attic with amazing, huge, beams - more fun to be had, here!
There is a pleasant terrace area putside the back doors and a good sized garden with a big apple tree. There is a deal of work to do to get this to where it should be - but, this is one of the most characterful houses in town!
