Superb centrally located, off-plan 3..

This is the second Phase of the very popular Les Soldanelles Apartments, perfectly located in the heart of Chatel. There will be 35 apartments from Studio to 4 Bedrooms, arranged in a series of Savoyard Chalets, designed to naturally blend into its Alpine surroundings.

These classic freehold apartments will be crafted from local wood and stone and designed with light and space as a key feature. With wooden flooring and earthenware tiling throughout, each apartment will enjoy a cosy, calm and relaxed atmosphere, with some apartments having the added luxury of an open fireplace or stove. Large picture windows are a feature, with each apartment benefit from a large balcony or terrace.

There is the opportunity to work with the developer to bespoke the interiors to your own specification, to produce the effect and finish that exactly matched your own lifestyle and requirements.

Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, which includes electrical appliances, allocated underground parking, access to a ski room with boot drying facilities, bike storage and a private cellar/storage.

With the opening of a new ski lift in Winter 2015 linking the Linga and Super Chatel areas this will have a huge impact on the ease of skiing the mammoth 650km Portes du Soleil ski domain that criss crosses the French / Swiss border as well as investment potential.

The lift in two sections will first take skiers from Super Chatel to Lac du Vonnes. From here, there will be another section which will run between Lac Vonnes and Linga. The introduction of these two integral lifts will finally remove the need for skiers to ski through Switzerland to get from Petit Chatel / Super Chatel to Avoriaz and the other French resorts, simplifying the skiing experience enormously.
