The “Swiss Chalet” has a built area of 150 m2 (1,650 sq f) and serves as living quarters for the staff. Especially interesting and decorative are the painted exterior walls of the chalet.

The horse stables also have been carefully renovated and there are now 3.2 x 3.4 meter boxes and ample space for 49 horses, including a horse solarium and a horse vacuum cleaner. The stables are directly connected with the brand new covered riding arena with a cozy riders lounge overlooking the arena. The arena is irrigated with a state-of-the-art “tidal” irrigation system. There is also a beautiful spa integrated in the equestrian facilities with massage and rest room and a bathroom. The lounge offers seating for up to 50 persons and is licensed as a bar. A riders boutique and a large barn complete the equestrian installations. There are also garages, a work shop, a small carpentry shop, the original pigsty and several small chicken pens and animal shelters.

For the horse lover this is a rider's paradise with endless tracks over green meadows, sandy forest tracks and in autumn over the wide fields passing a small creek meandering through the property - simply incredibly beautiful! It seems impossible to describe adequately the charm and the peace radiating from this estate.
