The other wing of the millhouse contains restored mill machinery and is currently set up as a private bar and restaurant for rental guests.

The lower floor contains a wood burner, bar, sink, worktop and bottle cooler.

The upper floor which contains the restaurant has the latest air conditioning technology which includes an inverter heating module.

Some of the mill equipment is powered by an electric motor to demonstrate the mill in action.

Outside the millhouse is a large cobbled terrace complete with shade which is furnished with bar tables and chairs. At the side of the terrace is the original mill arch which contains a replica of the mill wheel which can still be turned using water power.

Staff accommodation: Single storey studio style house with shower room and fully equipped kitchen. This house could be converted to further guest accommodation.

Guest accommodation:

El Cortijo - a restored two storey house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and a kitchen and 2 reception rooms down stairs (1 with wood burner). Leading off the kitchen is a private walled terrace.

La Palomera - a new built single storey house designed and equipped for disabled guests. Two bedrooms, a large shower room and combined sitting/dining/ kitchen area. The house is entered through a private and enclosed terrace.

La Panaderia - a new built apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms and large combined sitting/dining/kitchen area complete with wood burner. The terrace leads off the sitting area and has views over the waterfall.

El Granero - a new built apartment with two bedrooms, one bathroom and large combined sitting/dining/kitchen area. The apartment is entered from a large covered terrace which has views over the waterfall.

La Cocina - a new built two storey house with the bedroom and shower room at the semi-basement level and the combined sitting/dining/kitchen area above complete with wood burner. A balcony leads from the bedroom.

Facilities:

A large kidney shaped pool with both open and shaded seating area. The pool is 13m x 5m maximum and is heated via a solar heating system. Under the terrace is the pump house which also contains the ultra violet light disinfection system which reduces chlorine use to 25% of normal.

The ground floor of the lower mill is equipped as a gym library and store room.

There is a cycle store at the side of the staff accommodation.

The site is dominated by the mill tower which is believe to date from the 16th century and is built with stone taken from nearby Zagra castle when it was ruined after the Christian reconquest of Spain in the mid 15th century. The mill tower took water from an open water channel stretching for 1.5km and later from a mill pond and dropped it down 20 metres to the mill wheel.

Attached to electricity grid for 3 phase supply on a off peak tariff. The millhouse has 4 photovoltaic panels and batteries which power all the lights and selected wall sockets.

Sanitation is provided by an aerobic digesting septic tank which is emptied once per year.

The property has radio 'landline' telephone with the same costs as any other landline and radio 1mb broadband and wifi in all houses
