Sale will be conducted by U.S. Marshal at: National City Marine Terminal, 1400 West Bay Marina Drive , National City, CA . 91950.  Due to Security requirements all bidders are asked to arrive by 9:00 am at the gate  on the day of the auction to clear Port Security. Original photo ID (Drivers License, Passport)  is required at the gate.

M/V Norton Sound may be inspected from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm November 13th and Between 9:00 and 10:00 am November 14th. The Auction will commence at 10:00 AM on the 14th

Vessel has been damaged by fire.

The terms of sale are 10 percent of the sale price at the time of sale with the balance due before confirmation by court. All sums to be paid for by cashier’s check or certified check (NO CASH). Sale subject to cancellation. See survey for full details.  M/V “Norton Sound” will be sold As-Is, Where Is. No warranty is express or implied.

Successful Bidder must remove vessel immediately after confirmation of sale, unless the Port District agrees otherwise in writing.
