General Condition
A radical departure from conventional runabout hulls, the LSR borrows from offshore racing technology, which uses steps to introduce air underneath the hull, thus reducing drag at speed. Regal went a step further by using inverted strakes and side flow interrupters to maintain that air space even while the boat is turning.  
 
Actual Condition
It is reported this 21' Regal was a fresh water used vessel and shows well for her age. The hull looks good, although there are a couple tears in the seating. Overall, she appears to be a nice boat! Take a look and make your bid.
