4 Bedroom Townhouse For Sale Situated..

Modern one floor bungalow with car port, well situated in Nueva Andalucia. Totally reformed, this private bungalow is perfectly located in the popular community of Los Potros, a low-noise and secure residential area with a lovely swimming pool area situated between two renowned golf courses, Aloha Golf and Las Brisas. It is also within walking distance to most amenities.

Just a five minute drive away from the complex you will find some of the very best beaches along the Costa del Sol, as well as the luxury harbour of Puerto Banus, San Pedro de Alcantara and, of course, Marbella with it's famous old town.

A five minute walk down Calle Poniente you find a wide selection of restaurants and two grocery stores (one open 24/7). Further down Avenida del Prado you have Centro Plaza, a popular meeting point with shops and restaurants. Go a few more hundred yards and you are at the city centre of Puerto Banus (5 minutes' drive from the bungalow). Here you will find the quality shopping centres of El Corte Ingles and numerous others with dozens of shops and restaurants outstretched along the fashionable main street of this famous yacht harbour, having been a jet-setter's favorite holiday destination for decades.

This property enjoys an Andalusian-style patio/terrace before you enter the main door. The spacious living room offers a modern, open-plan kitchen that has been finished to a very high standard and leads through sliding doors to the laundry room.

The main terrace, which can be accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom, is partly shaded to provide the option of either sun or shade.
