4 Bedrooms - House - Phuket - for Sale

With an uninterrupted sea view of Bangtao beach, one of the island's best beaches, this villa is close to everything you need for a sophisticated life of leisure in the sun.

The villa has 4 bedrooms with ensuite baths, open plan living, kitchen and dining area, and a pool deck with covered terrace. There is parking for 3 cars and spacious utility area where extra rooms and maid's quarter can be added.

The second floor consists of 2 sea view guest apartments (with small kitchens) via large covered terraces with ceiling fans for comfort and relaxed outdoor living. The separate entrance outdoor stair case offers privacy for your guests during their vacation. These units are the perfect choice for holiday or long term rental to maximize your return without disturbing your own private area. The laundry room and storage area is spacious and can be converted into maid's quarter.

The third floor consists of open plan living- dining- kitchen area with through-ventilation design. Wide glass doors slide open to allow tropical breezes penetrate from the pool terrace to every part of your home. There is a clear sea view over the infinity swimming pool. Water features, Jacuzzi bench & stools in the water offer pleasant relaxation in the sun or in the shade under the partially covered terrace. 3 parking spaces and one extra small car parking connect to the front garden at main entrance.

An additional entrance down the outdoor stairs on the side of the house to guest apartments on 2nd floor provides privacy for the main villa and guest's units.

The fourth floor consists of the 2 main bedrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom has beautiful sea views from the bed, shower and even toilet. The main bathroom is cleverly designed with sea view reflected in all mirrors. Open the sliding doors to open up bedroom, bathroom to outdoor balcony and enjoy a romantic private Jacuzzi with your loved one. The second bedroom is large with en-suite bathroom, ideal for family holiday or as office, library, or game room.

The main staircase in the villa is specially designed like a chimney to ventilate the heat that rises through the louvered window above. The double roof helps to protect against direct heat from the sun and the breeze can blow in between to keep the house cool. All condensing units for air-conditioning and spare water tank for emergency feed down system are hidden between these 2 roofs.

It is 5 minutes to Surin beach, Bangtao beach, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and beach clubs. It is 10 minutes' drive to Laguna and Banyan Tree, and 15 minutes to Patong.
