‘ground effect ‘ is a Condor 40 purchased for sailing on Galveston Bay and or
shore excursions along the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. During the time of
ownership some equipment has been removed and improvements made.
Specifically - to improve the performance of the boat. Most upgrades were in
the way of mast boom and rigging. The boat is in the process of having
amenities improved.

The Condor is a 40' fiberglass sloop rigged trimaran sailboat. She has been hugely successful in lots of local regattas! All of her rigging including mast and boom has been upgraded.
