Charlie Morgan built these OI’s for the Bahamian sail charter trade. Hence, the Morgan Out Islands are comfortable, roomy, easy-to-sail, and very forgiving in handling by the 'inexperienced'.  OutIslander’s have a shoal draft (4.5 ft) to navigate the shallow banks and bays of the \"Baha Mer\", - Bahamas (Shallow Sea). The Out Islander motors as fast as she sails (6-7 kts). EOS plows well into the trade winds. Leaving Key Largo’s, Angelfish Creek in the morning, EOS can be tied up at the docks in Bimini, Bahamas in time to clear in, by 4:30 PM. She's also very familiar with the Berry’s, the Abacos, and the Exumas.
