Opis

Absolutely the roomiest 44' Motor Yacht on the market. The unique design of the aft salon allows owners to open the aft sliding doors and side windows to convert into an open air aft lounge with incredible views while at anchor. Simply closing doors and windows and flipping on the air conditioning instantly returns you to the spacious salon. The Master Stateroom aft is as big as 60' motor yachts. Even the galley and dinette is comparable to a much larger vessel. Lots of love by the current owner is apparent throughout the very clean interior. A wonderful live aboard or ideal Bahamas cruiser, with its 3' 10\" draft.
