General Description
Builders Remarks: Leopard Catamarans proudly introduces the award-winning Leopard 48. Focused on blue water performance and comfortable living, the Leopard 48 is an exciting addition to the Leopard line.

Like the award-winning Leopard 44, the Leopard 48 features a large forward cockpit seating area with direct access from the salon door, unique to the Leopard range. Other exterior bonuses include a large and open aft cockpit with large table. A raised helm station, providing panoramic visibility, allows for excellent blue water maneuverability.

Actual Condition
It is reported this Moorings 4800 was damaged in Hurricane Maria. She was banged around and suffered exterior damage and water intrusions. Both of the hulls have holes and patches. The port hull, cabin, and engine compartment appeared to stay dry. The stbd side did get wet.

The stbd engine shows significant water damage and a waterline can be seen in the photos. There are areas of delamination on the exterior of both hulls. The aft hard top was damaged and collapsed. One port side window was blown out. The props and rudders appear ok, visually. This yacht will need a lot of repair, but will be well-worth the effort once completed and cruising again.
