56' Ocean Yachts Custom Motoryacht 1990

OWNER IS MOVING OUT OF STATE AND WANTS THIS BOAT SOLD NOW

The Ocean 56' was chosen by it's current owners to serve as their floating Condo and to explore the pacific coast and all it's beauty.

They have not compromised any aspect of this special Cockpit Motor Yacht to make it one of the best values and most comfortable yachts to serve that purpose.

It has been totally upgraded to accommodate the discerning boater and their family. The upper helm area was converted from the boom davit and dinghy area, to a beautiful enclosed outdoor dining area complete with it's own refrigerator, a custom settee, a custom table and an outstanding sound system specifically designed to provide a great entertainment area with the best views of the harbor.

The Salon offers you and your guests a special place to relax and enjoy the openness and the views through large windows that surround the entire area of the salon. It has a new wine refrigerator, an icemaker; a beautiful cabinet that houses a TV lift and holds a 48\" HDTV that is connected to an Intellian Antenna to watch your favorite programs anywhere on the West Coast.

The galley has been completely renovated and upgraded with all new quartz counter-tops. The appliances are all top notch including a full sized oven large enough to cook Thanksgiving dinner.

All three spacious staterooms have ample closet space, each with their own head and seperate shower and will offer you and your guests complete comfort and enjoyment at the dock or for extended cruising with everything you need to enjoy your time on the water.

You owe it to yourself to look at this opportunity if you have considered a life on the water at a very affordable price. It will not disappoint you.
